This semi rural location is ideal for visiting the historic cities of Bath and Bristol, and also within convenient reach of both the M4 and M5 motorways. Parkway station is just 4.5 miles away. The nearest public transport is 20 minutes walk away so a car is essential.
The cottages are a perfect base to explore all this part of the country has to offer. Badminton House and estate, home of the famous horse trials are a short drive away, as is Cheltenham race course which hosts the Cheltenham festival every year in March. Bristol has many attractions - SS Great Britain, Clifton Suspension bridge, St Mary Redcliffe church and the historic harbour. The Georgian city of Bath is just 10 miles away.
The national trust properties of Lacock and Dyrham Park are close by, as is the pretty unspoilt village of Castle Combe, used in the filming of Dr. Dolittle.
The cottages enjoy the added bonus of being situated next to the Kendleshire golf club, one of the regions premier golf clubs featuring 27 championship holes spread over 260 acres.
The cottages are modern, light & airy.. Once inside, you will find a spacious open-plan living/dining area, modern shower rooms and fully fitted luxurious bedrooms. Free On-site parking is available to the front of the properties. The accommation is suitable for the less mobile.
